The fly-on-the-wall Channel 4 documentary showcases the dedication and hard work of some of our NHS heroes and follows the moving stories of the patients they care for.
Understandably, the show has become a massive hit amongst viewers, with many loving the format that showcases the NHS staff hard at work.
As Tuesday night's finale came to a close, viewers took to Twitter to recognise the tireless efforts that those in the hospital put in.
